Our wedding theme is -- you guessed it -- GREEN! No, not in the sense of money or color, but in being kind to the earth. Here you will find information about our BIG day as well as simple tips on how to help the environment.

Why green wedding?

No other issue looms over our generation bigger than global warming. While weddings are special, joyous occasions, they also (unfortunately) consume a lot of energy and create significant waste. Just think about all the gift wrapping, paper invitations, and decorations that end up in landfills.

Our goal is to plan a wedding that is fun and memorable, yet at the same time impact the the earth as little as possible and raise the environmental awareness among our family and friends. That would be you!

How is it different?

If you envision a ceremony in a forest surrounded by wild animals while being served only tofu... well, sorry to disappoint. It will, however, involve a venue that uses local produce, decorations that do not end up in landfill, and gifts that are eco-friendly. If you have ideas you'd like to share, drop us a line!
